Take all the needed ingredients.

Mix Proso Millet and rice. Wash and soak around 5hrs. Soak Urud dal. And Fenugreek,around 1 hour.

Transfer the soaked urud dal and Fenugreek into a grinder. Sprinkle some water,when it's needed and grind smoothly,until it shines like butter. Then transfer to a bowl.

Next add millet and rice mixing into the grinder,add water when it's needed. Grind until the texture becomes small white rava. Then transfer to urud dal mixing. Mix everything well.

Add salt and ferment around 8hrs. Then transfer batter to a idly plate and cook for12 minutes. Our Millet idli Is ready.

From the same batter add water for dosa consistency and pour it on a hot tawa. Flip and cook. If you want,pour litlle amount of oil/ghee around dosa and make it crispy.

That's all. Healthy and tasty Millet idli,dosa ready. Serve with any type of chutney,sambar.
