First of the cut brinjal and potato and tomato small pieces. Then in the pressure cooker add oil heat it add in mustard cumin hing.turmeric then add garlic. vegetables.

Lower the flame and mix everything well. Then add in all spices salt and then add in coriander then let it cook for 2 whistlle now open the lid and add in maggi masala and mix it well.
