1 bowlbroken half boil rice
2 tspghee
3red chilli
1green chilli
leavesCurrys
1 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspudad dal
1/4 tspjeera
Hing
Salt to test

Prepare rice and allow it to cool completely. Mix the curd do the tempering.

Place a pan add ghee add hing. Mustard. Dal.jeera chili. And curry leaves.

Add the tadka on top of the curd rice and serve.
