Steps

Wash and soak barnyard in Water for 10 minutes.

Take a pan, add clerified butter.
Then add Cumin seeds, Curry leaves and pieces of green chillies and crushed ginger.saute for a minute.
Now add a barnyard with little water and salt, mix well. - 3
Time to add buttermilk and chopped coriander, mix property
And Cook on a slow flame till it's done. Cover the lid for sometime..
Switch off the gas. - 4
Barnyard Millet in buttermilk is ready.. transfer in a bowl, sprinkle coriander and serve..
