Potato Sheera (Halva)
Fasting Sweet
Very easy to make and delicious..
Steps
- 1
Boil the potatoes.
Peel and grate them in smooth texture - 2
Add Ghee in a nonstick pan,
Add mashed boiled potato.
Mix for 2 minutes in the ghee,
Then add milk, stir continuously till milk absorbs. - 3
Now add Sugar and mix again,
After some times add cardamom powder and cashew almond flakes
Mix till it gets in dough form and Ghee starts releasing.. - 4
Transfer the sheera in a dish,
Garnish with remaining nuts and raisins..
Serve hot and Enjoy potato Sheera or halva..😋👌
