Cut the tomatoes and bread into small pieces and place them in a blender. Add salt.

Once blended, slowly add the olive oil while blending until the salmorejo turns a light orange color.

After everything is mixed, chill in the refrigerator to thicken.

When ready to serve, cook a hard-boiled egg and chop it. Sprinkle the egg and diced ham on top. Enjoy!
