Orange (cup)cake

I found and tried this recipe on "ComidinhasDoChef" by Cavalcanti Petro.
Originally, it was a cake, but I just used the dough to make my cupcakes and change some things.
The good thing about this recipe is lactosfree! But the first time I tried I found it too sweet, so I reduced some ingredients.

In a blender or cake mixer, place the eggs, orange juice, oil and sugar. Mix it for about 2 minutes.

Then transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the sifted flour.

Mix well with the help of a whisk, until the mass is very homogeneous.

Now add orange zest to the dough and mix again.

Lastly, add the baking powder and mix gently until it is well incorporated into the dough.

Pour the dough into the cupcake molds and place in the preheated mold at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden.

Or if you want a cake, pour into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° degrees for approximately 25-35min.
If you want a prettier cake. Cut orange or lemon slices and place them in the bottom of the cake pan greased with oil and sugar.

When it's cooked, add icing sugar on the topping or decorate as you wish! 😊
If you make a cake, unmold the cake and flip it, add icing sugar and wait for it to cool before eating.
