Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gramsPasta
  2. 50 gramsPeeled prawns
  3. 1/2 can- about 40 grams Canned tuna
  4. 100 mlHeavy cream
  5. 1 tbspWhite wine
  6. 5 gramsButter
  7. 1/2 tspCurry powder
  8. 1 dashSalt
  9. 1Parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

    Drain oil from the tuna. Add salt (not listed) to a pot of hot water and start boiling the pasta.

    Heat butter in a pan and add the peeled prawns. When the colour changes, add white wine and cook to evaporate the liquid.

  3. 3

    Add cream, tuna and a little salt, and simmer over low heat for 1-2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add curry powder and then the boiled pasta. Toss.

  5. 5

    Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with chopped parsley and it's done.
