Steps

Wash the ginger turmeric and galangal and prepare everything

Peel all and chop finely

Take a bowl and mix chopped galangal turmeric and ginger in it.

Add salt and lemon juice to taste

Mix well and keep it covered for four to five hours. You can have this ready pickle in breakfast or lunch.
