In vessel add rice, urad dal, chana dal, fenugreek seeds, wash it with water. Then soak it in enough water for 6-8 hr

Then add mixture in jar, grind it fine, add salt and mix it well.

Spread the batter on tawa, add oil, put the aloo masala and it's ready to serve
- 4
Serve the dosa with sambhar and coconut chutney.
