This grilled sandwich is nutritious and delicious.It has the freshness of vegetables, Creamy taste of hummus and tanginess of red sauce. Full of protein,vit.A,C, fiber etc.

Blend sesame seeds,add olive oil and blend.Transfer it in a bowl.

Grind chickpeas,add salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice and tahini(sesame seeds mixture)Adjust the consistency of the hummus by adding water in which chickpeas are boiled.Pour some olive oil on top.

Heat the grill pan.Take 2 slices of bread,spread hummus on one slice and red sauce on the other slice.Place vegetables on the hummus,sprinkle salt, black pepper and cheese.Cover it with another slice.

Grease the grill pan with butter,grill the sandwich from both the sides until golden brown.

Your healthy and tasty sandwich is ready to serve.
