Easy Mock-Okonomiyaki (Savory Japanese Pancake) with Bean Sprouts and Eggs

Both adults and children love the combination of okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Using those two kinds of sauces, I put together this simple recipe to use up bean sprouts!

Rinse bean sprouts and put in a serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600 W. Drain water!

Beat eggs in a bowl. Make soft and fluffy scrambled eggs in a heated pan. Slide onto the bean sprouts (Step 1).

Top with sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes and aonori seaweed to finish.
