Halloween snackle box Halloween snackle box
This is my 2nd ever snackle box i made. I did this one as a Halloween treat for a movie night basically, for 2 teens to share. I have one that likes the blue takis and one that likes the red ones that’s why I have different takis in this one and was lucky to have one small zombie one left when Halloween actually hit. When i did this box i didn’t want to give away i had tons of these viral snackle boxes as i was holding them back for Christmas gifts . Thats why each teen didn’t get their own box at this point. Anyways fill it up with all kinds of Halloween snacks/cookies/ candy/chips aka takis . This was great since i have older teens who don’t trick or treat but still wants the Halloween candy and fun snacks. snackle time -

Halloween Cookies Halloween Cookies
I drew fun Halloween characters using icing! By using specially shaped cookie cutters you can make even more designs. I hope you'll make a lot of these cookies!Watch the consistency of the icing. For drawing outlines and letters it should be on the stiff side, and to spread out over a large area it should be on the loose side. When thinning out the icing, try adding a drop of lemon juice. For about 20-25 black and white cookies, each one 5 cm [2.0 in] big. Recipe by Choco makaron cookpad.japan -

I always put kabocha bundles in my bento, and decided to play around with it to make this.If the kabocha has a lot of water, don't wrap it when microwaving. If it's not very moist, add mayonnaise when seasoning to soften it up.The taste will vary depending on the kabocha, so taste it after microwaving and add seasonings as necessary. I was looking what to do with my frozen pumpkin flesh. The thing is it had been in the freezer for about half a year so I was quite dubious it would still be edible. I thawed it in the fridge for about 24 hours. Got rid of the extra water and included it in the recipe. It worked wonders. almu21 -
Frosted Cookies Halloween Ghosts Frosted Cookies Halloween Ghosts
I adapted the cookie recipe from one in a cookbook called "DIA Collection's Frosted Cookie Decoration Recipe." I think that this only needs black icing instead of several colors, which simplifies the recipe. For the icing tip, even a 1mm icing tip may be too wide. It's easier to cut a tip off a plastic icing or piping bag so you can draw a thin line. You can use the cheap ones.Makes 80 cookies.(Recipe by xxsayumixx) cookpad.japan
