Steps

Wash & cut the starfruits pieces. Great the ginger.Heat a pan add oil put punch furan, red chilli,& a pinch of asafoeitida,crackle a bit.

Add grated ginger& starfruits sauted nicely.Add all spices except roasted cuminpowder.

Add a cup of water,salt & jaggery mix it well.

Cooked till it's become thicken. Add roasted cuminpowder mix it well.Off the flame.Starfruits sweet & sour is ready.

Serve with boiled rice.
