Soak the dal for half hour in hot water.

Chop the chow chow into small pieces.

Add both dal and Chow chow in a small pressure cooker with turmeric powder and hing.

Make a paste of coconut green chilli ginger and jeera.Add it to the cooker dal and chow chow.
- 5
Now add tadka of mustard seeds, urad dal,curry leaves with oil. Serve hot with rice.
