Steps

Prepare a pumpkin of the correct round shape. Cut off the lid and take out the middle.

Grind the pumpkin pulp with a knife. Soak dried fruits if necessary.

Rinse the rice, pour boiling water for 15-20 minutes to swell. Little salt.

Add sugar and spices to the prepared dried fruits to taste. Mix.

Drain the rice. Stir the rice into the fruit mixture.

Place a tablespoon of oil, coconut or butter, on the bottom of the pumpkin. Place a mixture of rice and fruit on top. On the rice, add a second spoon of oil.

Bring milk to a boil. Pour into pumpkin.

Close the pumpkin lid. Wrap the pumpkin tightly in several layers of foil.

Place the pumpkin in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 1 hour. It may take more or less time. Be guided by your oven and your products.

The finished pumpkin can be easily pierced with a toothpick directly through the foil. It is advisable to cool before serving.
