Flying Stone Cookies From Animation Laputa: Castle In The Sky

I wanted to re-create those flying stones, so I tried making them as cookies.
The icing is sweet, so it's best to use a cookie dough that not so sweet.
You can use white chocolate colored with food coloring instead of icing. For 20 cookies. Recipe by Peeroncha

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take quail egg-sized portions of the cookie dough and form them into flying stone shapes.
- 2
Bake for 15 minutes in a 170°C oven. When they are baked, leave to cool.
- 3
While they are cooling, mix the powdered sugar, food coloring and water to make the icing.
- 4
Coat the whole surface of each cookie with the icing and draw the pattern on with the white chocolate pen.
- 5
The cookies look like this when broken in half.
- 6
Bonus: You can use any leftover cookie dough and sugar to form a robot emblem (from the same movie). Behold. There's no need to be afraid, this thing is dead from the start.
- 7
The flavor was so-so, but it was pretty when you looked through it.

Cute Fluffy Cookies Cute Fluffy Cookies
When making the cookie shapes, I hate getting my hands dirty, so that's why I use the wrap. They came out pretty cute. When cutting the shapes, sometimes the wrap gets cut with it. Please check to make sure you don't bake any wrap together with the dough. When you remove the wrap, the dough will become a bit thicker than it was. So when stretching out the dough, please make it thin. Recipe by Jubantai Nichibanya taichou cookpad.japan -
Miniature Donut Shaped Cookies Miniature Donut Shaped Cookies
I wanted to use up a little bit of leftover cookie dough in a cute way, so I cut them out into donut shapes. Then I just coated them with chocolate or icing, and added some sprinkles. That's it really, but when I showed them to my friends saying "I made donuts with cookie dough" they were a big hit. They're tiny, sweet and cute cookie-donuts. You can eat a lot of these and it's ok!?I used a 17 mm diameter icing tip to cut these out. When baked they were about 2cm in diameter. To cut out the middles, a straw is convenient. When coating them with chocolate or icing, do it in a zigzag pattern. Just think of making them look like tiny, cute, American-style donuts. Recipe by Kotorisa cookpad.japan -

Easy Sakura-Shaped Rice Flour Cookies For Sakura Viewing Easy Sakura-Shaped Rice Flour Cookies For Sakura Viewing
I wanted to make cookies with a touch of spring, so I added salted sakura flowers into the dough. The gentle fragrance of the sakura and the slightly salty taste makes addictive cookies. The keys for this recipe are the addition of richness with the brown sugar, crispy texture with the rice flour, as well as the easy to remember ratio. The sakura flowers are salty, so remove excess salt and make sure to use unsalted butter or baking margarine. No need to sift rice flour because the particles are fine and will not clump up. Baking time depends on the oven, so watch the cookies bake and adjust accordingly. Recipe by vegeful cookpad.japan -
Frosted Cookies Halloween Ghosts Frosted Cookies Halloween Ghosts
I adapted the cookie recipe from one in a cookbook called "DIA Collection's Frosted Cookie Decoration Recipe." I think that this only needs black icing instead of several colors, which simplifies the recipe. For the icing tip, even a 1mm icing tip may be too wide. It's easier to cut a tip off a plastic icing or piping bag so you can draw a thin line. You can use the cheap ones.Makes 80 cookies.(Recipe by xxsayumixx) cookpad.japan -

Cookie House Cookie House
I wanted to make my children smile.Use bright food coloring and enjoy constructing the house. It's nice if you sprinkle powdered sugar all over to look like snow. Give the icing, which you will use to secure the parts, a firm finish by adding the egg white a bit at a time. If it's too soft, the parts will slide off. For 1 cookie house.
