Steps

Line a cake pan with parchment paper

Use a roller to flatten cookie dough and lay it across the bottom

Spread ice cream as next layer

Flatten more cookie dough and layer it on top of the ice cream
- 5
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- 6
Take out of the freezer and pull it out of the pan using parchment paper
- 7
Cut - Enjoy!

I stored mine in ziploc bags in the freezer after cut so they did not get freezer burn
