I forgot to grind the oats but still tasted like a crunchy digestive.
Adding some poppy seed to some and making a chocolate digestive is a option for the kids.
Cheesecake base or have with cheese.

  • 50 gwholewheat flour
  • 50 gplain flour I used free from
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 100 goats milled or oatmeal
  • 75 gbutter
  • 1egg
  • TspStevia
  • 1/4 tspbicarbonate of soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add butter rub in with fingers then add egg to make a soft dough.

  2. 2

    I cut into 4 peices and rolled each piece out and cut out circles, 3-5 mm thick. Prick each biscuits.

    I cooked in airfryer 5 at a time 10 minutes each time. Until golden brown and crisp.

    You can use them for a mini cheesecake with soft cheese and passion fruit.
