Ingredients

1/2 cupLeft over dosa batter
1/4 cupGrated lauki
Salt as per taste
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
Oil for shallow frying

Steps

Left over dosa batter I am using.

Grate the lauki, in that add salt and red chilli powder.

Pour the batter on hot tawa.

Then add lauki stuffing and gently spread it.

Add some oil, and flip it, shallow fry it both the sides.

Lauki uttapam is ready, serve it with coconut chutney.
