Cut slits in ham if not spiral cut. Place in slow cooker.

In a saucepan, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1/8 cup water. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour glaze over ham.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3? hours. Periodically baste the glaze over the ham during cooking. Serve with glaze if desired.
