Collect the ingredients Acacia Gum commonly known as gond, jaggery and dry ginger powder or saunth.

Dissolve the Acacia Gum in half cup water for at least 1 hour. Transfer it into a pan. Add ghee, jaggery and dry ginger powder. Cook in low flame. Allow it to boil for five minutes. If necessary, add some more water.

Sieve through a fine net and serve hot. This concoction is very healthy and can be tried during winter season.
