Pork with tomato sauce

Goes very well with mashed potatoes. Children like tender meat. A lot of gravy allows you to serve this pork with any side dish. It also looks beautiful on the holiday table.

Steps
- 1
Cut the pork pulp into pieces approximately 2x2 cm.
- 2
Start frying in a deep frying pan, adding vegetable oil. In the process, add spices, salt, and stir.
- 3
Frying time is approximately five minutes. Add tomato sauce. I have a store-bought one with pieces of vegetables.
- 4
Simmer covered for another five minutes. Transfer to a baking dish with a lid. I have a cast iron saucepan.
- 5
Bake pork in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
