1 cupFresh srawberry
1Chopped banana
1 cupCold milk
4-5Almonds
1 tspChia seeds

Wash and chop the banana and strawberry.
Take a blender add banana,almonds, chia seeds and strawberry and blend to make smooth
2

Now add milk in the blender and blend to make smooth
3

Take a glass and pour the banana and strawberry smoothie.
Garnish with chia seeds and strawberry and serve.
