Simple and Quick Beef Stroganoff

I hate doing things which take time and effort so I made it as simple as I could.
Taste it when it's done. If it's too strong, add milk, if it's weak, add salt.
The can of mushrooms contained 100 ml of juice and had a net weight of 100 g. Adjust the amount of milk etc. depending on the size of the can you use. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by Gubigubipuha-

Easy and Authentic Beef Stroganoff Easy and Authentic Beef Stroganoff
My mother used to make this for me for ages. To me, beef stroganoff meant this dish. My father and husband both love it, and request it quite often. You can use king oyster mushrooms instead of shiitake mushrooms. Actually, I used the former in the version in the photo, since they're inexpensive.Don't use expensive marbled beef, or it will be way too fatty! Cheap lean beef will be better and fool them all .If you use sour cream instead of milk and lemon juice, it will be more authentically flavored. For 2 servings. Recipe by Etude cookpad.japan -

I experimented several times to come up with my very own flavor.Be careful not to let it burn while simmering. Mix from the bottom well. I recommend serving with a salad and a baguette or plain rice. Taste it before adding the cream as it'll become mild. Wipe up the leftover sauce from your plate with a piece of bread! Recipe by Hoshirun cookpad.japan -

Ultra Easy Beef Stroganoff Ultra Easy Beef Stroganoff
I adapted a recipe a friend taught me by changing the amounts and ingredients to be easier to make. It was a revelation to me that you could make beef stroganoff without any roux or demi-glace sauce or wine! It's so easy, and reasonably priced too - but still delicious and looks luxurious. It's a family favorite.Adding mushrooms will make it even more authentic. If you don't have Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, add a similar sauce, such as tonkatsu sauce. Taste at the end and adjust the seasoning. Add salt and pepper, if it needs more flavor, and dilute with cream or hot water if it's too salty. Recipe by syusyusyu cookpad.japan -
