Steps

Take a pan. Add oil and besan. Roast it well. Add all masala

Wash the chillies and slit it. Remove the seeds. Sprinkle some salt and keep it for 2-3 minutes. After that wash it again. Wipe it and stuff the besan masala. Add oil in the pan. Add stuffed chillies. Fry it well from all sides.

Sprinkle some water. If you have any leftover masala besan, you can add that too at this point. Mix it well.

Once water is absorbed, Besan chillies are ready to serve. Serve with Roti.
Tips
Sprinkle some salt and wash it..do not skip this step as it will reduce spice level.
