Frying Like peanuts, flattened rice,puffed rice, chickpeas dal, Cashew nuts, almonds,raisins, Sabudana etc..
Steps

Heat the oil in the kadai.
Now assemble the aluminium or steel strainer in it (shown in the picture) - 2
Now add whatever you want to fry. I fried chickpeas dal and peanuts.
When they are ready,you just pick the strainer with the pincers/tong.so oil will drop out in the kadai and your food will not burn..
It's a quick and Easy way to fry..
