Steps

Pressure cook pavta till soft. Peel and Cut potato.

Heat oil and mustard,jeera let them sputter,add hing, coriander chilli paste fry till rawness goes then add onion fry till translucent add coriander powder, turmeric, chilli,garam masala,jeera powder fry it well add chopped tomato,salt and cook till soft.

Now add pavta,cut potatoes and combine it well and cook for a few minutes.(Adjust water as needed)

Finely add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it well and pavat batata bhaji is ready.
