First take bowl add flour and add salt and make dough and make a balls of dough.

Take one pan add water and add oil in water and boil it when boiling water add jowar balls in water and boile it. When ballls cooked take out and keep a side.

Heat a pan, add oil, and mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add cumin, hing powder, chili-garlic paste, chopped onion, and sauté for 30 seconds. Then, add chopped methi and stir. Next, incorporate soaked moong dal, crushed peanuts, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and mix.

Lastly add boiled jowar balls stir it for 2 minutes and your methi dumplings are ready to eat Garnish with ghee and serve hot healthy and tasty.
