Steps

Make paste of roasted peanuts and roasted chana with curd add water if it's thick

Take kadai add butter jeera chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes dhaniya powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well

Add paste mix well add salt chopped palak and mix well if thick add milk

Add grated paneer mix well and cover it let it cook for 5 minutes

Add cream or malai

Dhaba style palak paneer ready to serve
