Red Rice Flakes Pudding Recipe though made with the simplest of ingredients has a rich earthy feel that would turn any simple meal into a feast. Seve this Red Poha Pudding at the end of festive party dessert....Did you know: The red flakes is high in fiber, anti-oxidants and minerals such as Selenium and Manganese.

First take the red poha in a bowl rinse the poha well and soak it in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes.

After that drain all the excess water from the poha.

Now heat the milk in a pan, when the milk comes to a boil, add the drained red poha to the gas flame and cook it. Cook the poha in the milk on a slow flame for 15 minutes.

When the poha becomes soft, add milkmaid or sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add almond pieces and pistachio pieces and mix very well. Then Turn off the gas when the milk mixture thickens. Then Red rice flakes pudding is ready.

Now our very delicious pudding is ready for serve. Take the prepared pudding in a serving dish and garnish with pistachio pieces, sliced almonds and serve the red rice flakes pudding cold or hot.
