I had to destress,garlic has a calming effect on the body,you may increase the garlic to at most 1tsp,let's go💃🏼🥰,I used broth from my previous post
Steps

Parboil rice,rinse and drain,set aside

Now add broth to a pot,with 4fups of water,add other ingredients,bring to boil

Next,add rice,stir from top,make sure flame is set at med,let it boil,taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice,add green peas,stir lightly,when water is 95%dry

When water dries and it's not yet soft, reduce flame to low,cover with shiny part of foil paper,cook till soft as desired,set aside

In a separate bigger pot,pour in oil,heat up,add garlic,stir fry on low heat for 5secs,add carrot,green beans,stir fry 2-3mins,add cooked/seasoned rice,stir well but don't press it,last add, green pepper, spring onions,last, stir well.Note:if you love spices,add lil fried rice seasoning powder while frying vegetables

Cook for 2 mins Max on low flame open
