Steps

In a broad vessel,mix flour,2tbsp ghee and 2tbsp warm milk. Mix well that there are no lumps and keep it covered for 15 mts. After 15mts sieve the flour.

Now in a pan heat ghee, add flour and stir continously, after around 30mts it starts smelling, add fried gond, and unsweetened khoya and mix well

Now add chopped or grated dryfruits, ADADIYA MASALA, and mix well. ADD POPPY seeds as well.

Now add jaggery powder, mix well to form a uniform mixture. Grease the thali or mould and pour the mixture. Press it uniformly.

Now again sprinkle dryfruits, poppy seeds and allow it to cool a bit. Cut into pieces before it completely sets. Healthy traditional sweet of my area for winters.
