Paan shots are a dessert, digestif, and mouth freshener all in one! Made with paan leaves, fennel seeds, shredded coconut, spices, and fresh cream – this sweet and creamy treat will cool you down and perk you up after a heavy meal. 1 First of all prepare all the ingredients. Wash the betel leaves and remove the stems and chop them.

In a mixer jar, grind the chopped leaves, fennel and cardamom seeds, coconut powder and sugar. Then add pieces of ice and grind it again so that the green color will be maintained. Then add gulkand and crush it again.

Take out this prepared green paste in a bowl. Now take 1/2 of paste from it and grind it by adding fresh cream and milk. You can store the rest of the paste in the freezer for 8 days.

Paan shots are ready, fill them in a short glass and garnish with pistachio slices, tutti futi, saffron thread. Chill this glass in the freezer and serve.

As a mukhvas after a meal, as a dessert or to be taken anytime...Mouth Freshener.enjoy !!
