For the sauce:
3 tbspSoy sauce
3 tbspMirin
1 tbspSake
1 tspSugar

Chop the chicken and Japanese leeks into pieces and skewer.

Fry in a frying pan.

Add the sauce ingredients into the pan, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
