I came up with this recipe thinking "what should I do everyday with so much lettuce"?I used red-leaf lettuce this time, but normal lettuce is much more delicious.Make sure you cut chicken into small bite size pieces so it's easier to eat when wrapped with lettuce. It tastes perfect when sauce is well seasoned since it'll be wrapped with lettuce. Yakitori in a Frying Pan (How to Prepare Tender Chicken) Yakitori in a Frying Pan (How to Prepare Tender Chicken)
I love homemade yakitori, but I hate the smoke filling the house after making them. I use a frying pan to resolve this problem. Marinate the chicken with sake first to make it tender even after sautéing in a frying pan. My yakitori sauceis also homemade, of course.Marinating chicken in sake makes it very tender, so marinate it for at least 30 minutes. Remove the excess fat when sautéing the chicken with kitchen paper and you will have lighter chicken. Grilling a whole piece of chicken thigh and cutting into bite-sized pieces is another option to make tasty chicken yakitori. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

Easy Yakitori at Home Easy Yakitori at Home
My family loves yakitori. Since there are lots of hungry boys in my family, it can get expensive to eat out. That's why we try to make it at home. Please adjust the sweetness of the sauce. When the chicken is freshly cooked, dip in the sauce. It prevents the chicken from getting dry. The oil that drips off the chicken when you dip the skewers in it gradually adds flavor to the sauce. You can pour the leftover sauce on top later, use it for a stir-fry, or pour it over rice. For 30 skewers. Recipe by Keikunno okusan cookpad.japan -

I always make this with chicken thighs, but I thought if I could make it in the salted chicken style then chicken breasts could also become nice and tender.Since you flour the chicken breasts when you add the sauce it'll develop a creamy thickness.Peppering the meat before applying the flour gives it a more developed taste. The same amount of salt as sugar, and grated garlic work well! The grilling time differs, depending on the type of and how many skewers you can cook at once.Keep an eye on the skewers as they cook and adjust the grilling time accordingly. If they look like they're burning on the surface, but not cooked through, take them out of the grill and microwave to heat through.
