Take fresh turmeric and remove the skin.now great it..

Now take all ingredients on one platform.take pan or kadhai.add oil and make it hot then add asfordia, cumin seeds,coriander powder,souf and poppy seeds in oil.after one and half minute lower the flame.

Add grated turmeric immediately now add salt, jaggery and mix it well.keep flame high and mix it for 5-7 minutes.then off the flame and make it cool.

After cooling add red chilli powder so colour will be constant.then keep it in air tight container.after two days take half cup oil and heat it.make it cool down and then add in pickle.this pickle keep outside no need of refrigerate.
