1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoonhot sauce
4 clovesminced garlic
1 tablespoonmustard powder
1/2 cupolive oil
1/2 tablespoononion powder
1/2 tablespoongarlic powder

Mix all ingredients together.

Pierce steaks in several places. Lay meat in a baking dish and cover with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate several hours.

Remove from marinade and proceed with grilling process.
