2 servings

150 gramsChicken
1/2 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 tbspSake
1/5 tsp☆Salt and pepper
2 tsp☆Sesame oil
2 tsp☆Lemon juice
1/2 tsp☆Mirin
1/2 tsp☆Chicken soup stock granules

Cut and skewer the chicken. Mix the ☆ sauce and set aside.

Cook the chicken in a frying pan coated with vegetable oil.

Once golden brown, add the sake, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.

Mix in the sauce and it's done.
