8x8 pan
  • Crust Ingredients
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1/4 cupPowdered sugar
  • Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 2 TFlour
  • 2Eggs
  • 2 1/2 TFresh lemon juice

Steps

2 hours
  1. 1

    Mix crust ingredients together. Pat into 8x8 pan and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Beat filling together for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Spread over crust and return to oven for 25 minutes.

  4. 4

    Let cool completely.

  5. 5

    Dust with powdered sugar.

  6. 6

    Cut into squares and serve.
