Any Fritters or Bhajiya we normally fry in oil.
Today I made roasted Potato Fritters and believe me they taste like woooow...
Steps

Peel wash and cut the potatoes in medium thin slices.
In a plate Sieve the besan and Rice flour.
Add chopped coriander,salt, chilli, turmeric powder, chilli garlic ginger paste and carrom seeds.
Mix well.
Now add water little by little and make medium thick better. - 2
Add potato slices in the better and give the rest for 5 minutes.
Take a nonstick pan and grease with little oil.
Now assemble potato slices in a round shape with touching one another. - 3
When the round shape is done,put the pan on medium to slow flame.
Sprinkle some oil drops at the edges and cover the lid.
Let it cook on a slow flame.
After 5-7 minutes flip the potato circle,sprinkle some oil and cover the lid again to cook the other side. - 4
After 5-7 minutes when the down part is done.
Remove slowly to the dish.
Our unique way Potato fritters are ready.cut it as a Pizza shape and serve with tomato sauce..
