1. 菠菜煮熟,切短,擠塞多餘水份

3. 平底鍋下油,先放面糊,再平均放上菠菜丶煙三文魚及芝士,中火煮一會兒後用刮板輔助割開小份再用膠鏟翻到另一面。

4.Cook few more minutes. Plate extra smoked salmon and spinach as side dishes. 再多煮數分鐘,把多餘的煙三文魚及菠菜作伴碟。
