Firstly cut the vegetables in vertical shape.

Then chopped the green chilli,ginger and garlic.

Now take a wok heat the oil put Garlic in it till it gets golden brown,Then add ginger and green chilli in it.

Now add baingan and Aloo in it add salt and saute it till its water get soaked then add all spices in it. Cover it till it gets cooked.

Now open it and again saute it for five minutes add coriander leaves and serve it with chapati or paratha.
