Cheesy and Creamy veggie white sauce penne pasta (with fresh cream, cheese and seasonings)

For preparing this pasta recipe water, oil and salt in a container. Heat it for a minute on a high flame.. keep stirring from time to time.. add pasta to it and heat it for another 10 minutes on medium flame.. make sure that the pasta is boiled properly as sometimes it make some extra time. Keep stirring in between so that the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom.. after boiling pasta drain out the water from pasta.. keep the pasta aside..

Add 1tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame.. add all the veggies - red and yellow pepper, carrot,onion, corn and broccoli florets.. you can use other veggies like peas, mushroom as well.. cook the veggies for 2 minutes and then remove on a plate..

To another pan or you can use the same pan add butter.. once butter melted add chopped garlic and cook for one minute until fragrant.. then add in the flour.. whisk the flour continuously around 30 to 60 seconds.. you don't have to brown the flour much... Then add in the milk.. mix everything using a whisk so that there are no lungs formed..

Sauce will thicken as it simmer and in 4 to 5 minutes it will coat back of the spoon.. turn heat the low.. add pepper powder, oregano, seasoning, flakes and required salt.. mix it well..

Add in the veggies and the boiled pasta.. toss until the pasta and veggies are coated with the sauce..

Turn off the flame.. final add fresh cream and cheese.. taste test and adjust the seasoning at this point..

Serve warm..
