1. 前日食剩的烤薯仔是先煮熟,然後和洋蔥是用黑胡椒粉丶香草和油拌勻烤的。翌日先煎一下再拿出來備用。The potatoes were cooked the day before, then with onions roasted with black pepper, herbs and onion the day before. On the next day, reheat and take them out.
2. 生粉用味醂、日式醬油和少許水混合,然後加入雞蛋攪拌。Mix cornstarch with mirin, soy sauce and water, then mix well with eggs.

3. 雞蛋先下鍋,然後舖滿烤薯仔片和洋蔥,看到雞蛋開始熟就用膠板分開,再用膠刮慢慢翻到另一面煮熟。Add in the eggs first, then place the potatoes and onions evenly. When the eggs started to cook, use plastic scraper to divide into parts, then use a spatula to flip over.
