1/2 tspblack salt
1 tsporegano
1 tspchilli flakes
1large green chilli
25 gcoriander chopped with stems
For salad
1large potato boiled and chopped
1large beet steamed and chopped
1 tbspolive oil
1 tspblack sesame seeds
1/2 tsplemon juice

Blend the tofu, cucumber and spices in the section to form a paste for dressing. Add oil and mix well

In a bowl add potatoes, beet and dressing and toss well. Add lemon juice mix. Garnish with sesame seeds
