200 gramsflour
100 millilitersorange juice
0.5 cupssugar
2mandarins
1egg
1 teaspoonbaking powder
0.5 teaspoonsoda
3-4 tablespoonvegetable oil

Cut the tangerines into slices, peel them. Mix flour with baking powder, sugar and soda. Beat in the egg, pour in the juice and oil, mix well.

Place the finished dough in buttered molds (silicone - do not grease) 2/3 full, place a tangerine mug on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
