No Churn Oreo Ice Cream

If you haven't tried no churn ice cream all I can say; you should.

Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. The mixture will become very thick.

Whip the cream with mixer on med high speed until firm peaks form about 2 minutes. Fold the whipped cream mixture into condensed milk mixture. Fold in crushed Oreos.

Spread mixture in a 9 x 5 bread loaf pan cover with plastic wrap and freeze until solid and scoopable. About 3-5 hours.
