Honey Granola

Another lucky #GlobalApron submission!
I had a granola recipe, embellished with raisins and cinnamon sitting in my drafts for a few days. Lo and behold, I arrive at the challenge anything but empty-handed.
While granola's position in the dessert world is debatable, I stand by the belief that its crunchy texture, sweet flavors, and ability to be paired with various toppings and fruits make it a delightful dessert option for any occasion.

Preheat oven to 150C and line a baking sheet with foil

In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the add ins. Stir to combine

Spread mixture evenly onto prepared pan, and place in the oven first for 15 minutes. Quickly stir mixture place back in the oven for 10minutes until lightly browned

Allow to cool completely as granola turns crunchy. Stir in the raisins and pine nuts and store in an air tight container. Enjoy!
