Mix flour, water, cinnamon, egg, and salt together in a blender
Blend until smooth

Whith the blender on low slowly add the melted butter 🧈

Turn a pan onto low

Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan and make sure it covers all the bottom. (I lift up the pan and rotate it.)

Cook until golden then flip and do it again

Serve with toppings of your choice p. (whipped cream and strawberries, or Nutella and strawberries are my fave toppings.)
