For Chilli oil. Heat the oil add onions, garlic, chilli flakes and cook till aroma comes out. Off the flame and add white sesame seeds.

For broth, in a pan heat oil, add mushroom and cook till they turn brown, now add salt, water and soya sauce and boil for 5mts. Strain the mushrooms and broth

Boil the noodles keep aside. I added maggi masala tastemaker in the broth. But it's optional if you want to enjoy the flavors don't add it

Now for assembling, in a deep dish add broth, add boiled carrots and corn, mushrooms.Add noodles

Now top with chilli oil. garnish with coriander, top with boiled egg and black sesame seeds. Serve hot yummy Ramen bowl.
